Submitted Information and Amendments

There is no username or password to remember to request for an amendment to your submissions. You will only need to email us from the email address you have previously provided to us. Please do not use the on-line form to request for an amendment to a submission as this will not be accepted.

Website Design and Hosting
_
All customers interested in taking up any of our Website Design and Hosting Packages must complete a Website Design Specification Document detailing their requirements. This document and any other information provided by customers will provide us with the information needed for the design of your website.

You agree to License to Crowned Limited the use of all materials provided including logo, slogans, phrases, audio.

We reserve the right to refuse website design and hosting requests.

Website Names and Domain Names
_
We do not guarantee that the website name registered for our option 1 Website Design and Hosting Package will not be used by another to register a domain name with a naming authority. Crowned Limited is not a naming authority and will not register your website name with a naming authority.

Domain names purchased will be registered with a naming authority.

Termination or Suspension
_
Crowned Limited may suspend or terminate the services provided to a customer if:
_
· the customer is unable to pay for products and services.
_
· the customer is in breach of the terms and conditions and fails to remedy any breaches within an agreed period after notification.

Quotes, Payment, Cancellation and Refund
_
Quotes will be given prior to any work being started. All quotes are valid for 30 days. The total payment will need to be received before work can start on your website design, office and business document and computer services requests. Payments by cheque will need to be cleared prior to the start of any work. Any additional requirement after quotation may result in extra charges and a new invoice will be issued.
Customers wishing to pay by installments will need to agree this with us and sign our installment agreement. Any default in payment may result in the termination of the services provided.

A confirmation of the receipt of your payment(s) will be sent to you once payments have been received and cheques have cleared.
_
There will be no refund for:
_
· domain names purchased.
_
· customers taking up our Option 3 Website Design and Hosting Package as services are purchased from an external company.
_
· websites published.
_
· email accounts purchased.
_
· office and business documentation.
_
· computer services, maintenance and consultancy..
_
Refunds are given in regards to the level of work done on the design of your website. This is calculated at our discretion.

A full refund is given if we for any reason cannot complete the work requested and paid for by a customer. You agree not to hold Crowned Limited liable for any work that cannot be completed.

All customers of our Website Design and Hosting packages agree to incorporate our Privacy Policy into the working practice of their business, charity, church or organization.

You agree not to hold Crowned Limited liable for any infringements that may arise from the use of any of our products and services.
